JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Social Media & Marketing Executive

Job Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Location: Basni, Jodhpur

• Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can also apply)

• Salary: As per company standards

Role Overview

Manage the company's social media presence, create promotional content, run digital marketing campaigns, generate customer enquiries, and support the sales team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Regularly create and upload posts, stories, reels, and updates.

• Maintain the company's social media accounts and engagement.

2. Content Creation & Designing

• Design promotional flyers, banners, brochures, and social media posts using Canva or similar tools.

• Create and edit product reels and short promotional videos.

• Ensure all content follows the company's branding.

3. Digital Advertising

• Create, run, and manage Facebook and Instagram ads.

• Handle Google Ads and promotional campaigns.

• Manage audience targeting, campaign budgets, and performance.

4. E-commerce Marketing

• Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, and promotional content on e-commerce platforms.

5. Enquiry & Sales Coordination

• Respond to customer enquiries received through social media.

• Record and maintain customer leads.

• Coordinate with and support the sales team by sharing enquiries and following up on leads.

6. Data & Record Maintenance

• Maintain Google Sheets and Excel records.

• Track customer enquiries, leads, campaign performance, and daily marketing activities.

• Prepare monthly reports covering reach, engagement, enquiries, and advertising results.

7. Campaign Planning

• Prepare monthly social media content calendars.

• Plan promotional activities for products, offers, and new launches.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic designing tools.

• Basic video editing skills.

• Ability to create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads.

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Good communication and creative skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and data management.

• Ability to coordinate with the sales team and manage deadlines.
