We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Executive who will manage and grow the digital presence of both our hospitality brand and porta cabin manufacturing division. The candidate should understand B2B branding, visual storytelling, and lead-generation focused content.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Maintain separate content strategies aligned with both business divisions.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and communication.
Plan monthly content calendars for hospitality and industrial segments.
Coordinate with design teams for creatives, reels, and promotional materials.
Write captions, hashtags, and professional brand messaging.
Build strong brand positioning for both verticals through engaging content.
Increase organic reach, followers, and engagement.
Maintain a premium and professional digital image.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, launches, and product promotions.
Generate qualified B2B inquiries through social platforms.
Monitor DMs, comments, and social media enquiries professionally.
Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and lead conversions.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with improvement strategies.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for product updates.
Stay updated on industry trends in hospitality, construction, and modular infrastructure.
1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B branding and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn marketing, and basic video editing.
Good communication skills with professional business mindset.
