Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Core Role)
Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Plan and execute daily/weekly posting
Create and maintain a structured content calendar
Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and engagement
2. Content Planning & Execution
Develop creative, trend-driven, and out-of-the-box content ideas
Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand tone
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for creatives and reels
Stay updated with trends and implement them effectively
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads via organic content, DMs, and campaigns
Engage with potential customers and respond to inquiries
Qualify and transfer leads to the sales team efficiently
Track basic lead flow and conversion status
4. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
Run campaigns for lead generation, awareness, and conversions
Manage targeting, creatives, budgets, and performance
Continuously test and improve campaign results
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor performance of each post and campaign
Track metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions
Identify high-performing content and replicate success
Optimize future content and campaigns based on insights
6. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with design and sales teams
Provide clear briefs and ensure timely execution
Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
