We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who can bring creativity, strategy, and a touch of AI-powered innovation to our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Create and edit reels, short videos, and visual content that align with our brand voice

• Use AI tools for content generation, design, analytics, and marketing automation

• Develop strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote company initiatives, product launches, and events

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better results

• Stay updated with digital trends, especially in pharma and healthcare marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

• Proven experience in creating video/reel content

• Knowledge of popular AI tools for design and content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.)

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
