We are looking for a creative, curious, and analytical Social Media Executive who understands social media beyond simply uploading posts. The ideal candidate should enjoy researching trends, analysing competitors, tracking content performance, and developing ideas to improve brand engagement and growth.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account Management

- Manage clients' social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Publish and schedule posts, Reels, Shorts, and other content according to the content calendar.

- Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, and posting details are accurate.

- Maintain consistency and activity across all managed accounts.

2. Trend Research & Competitor Analysis

- Identify trending audio, Reels formats, content styles, and relevant industry topics.

- Research competitors and analyse their content strategies.

- Identify successful hooks, engagement patterns, and content opportunities.

- Share actionable ideas to improve clients' social media presence.

3. Content Planning & Coordination

- Maintain content calendars and track upcoming and published content.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the content team.

- Share content references, creative ideas, and relevant trends.

- Ensure content is published on schedule.

4. Social Media Analytics & Reporting

- Track reach, impressions, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, engagement, and follower growth.

- Identify top-performing and low-performing content.

- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

- Suggest improvements based on content performance and audience behaviour.

## Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Practical knowledge of social media posting and scheduling.

- Strong research and competitor analysis skills.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Creative thinking and an interest in emerging social media trends.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

- Basic caption-writing skills.

- Familiarity with Trello or similar project-management tools.

## Experience & Education

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

- Freshers with relevant projects, practical skills, and a good understanding of social media may also apply.

- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred.
