We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Social Media Manager to take full control of our Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Ads Manager). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management — including strategy, content planning, paid campaigns, analytics, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
Plan monthly content calendars, campaign timelines, and performance milestones.
Coordinate with design, video, and copy teams to create engaging content.
Full hands-on control of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Audience Manager.
Manage page settings, ad accounts, pixels, catalogs, events, and connected assets.
Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup, and remarketing audiences.
Handle all ad campaigns — from budgeting and targeting to A/B testing and optimization.
Oversee daily posting, community management, and brand tone consistency.
Leverage trending formats (Reels, Stories, Collaborations) for maximum reach.
Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand amplification.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5+ years of professional experience managing Meta platforms end-to-end.
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel Setup, Custom/Lookalike Audiences, and Conversion Tracking.
Strong understanding of content trends, analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics), and ad performance metrics.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and data interpretation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
Ability to handle multi-platform coordination (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and Messenger).
