Timing : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Off

Salary :- ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Description :-

We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities :-

Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies

Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies

Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation

Collaborate with the content and design teams for high-performing creatives

Generate performance reports and actionable insights

Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm updates

Manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup

Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends

Requirements :-

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies

Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and funnel marketing

Experience with performance metrics and analytics tools

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools

Preferred Skills :-

Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns

Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid platforms

Basic graphic design or video editing understanding

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
