🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and update the company website and product listings

✅ Handle online orders, inventory, returns, and stock updates

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media

✅ Create and schedule engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional posts

✅ Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement analytics

✅ Perform basic website updates and troubleshooting

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, or Wix

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Creative mindset with hands-on experience in Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

✔ Basic website editing knowledge (HTML is an added advantage)

✔ Self-motivated professional eager to grow with the business
