Social Media Executive

## About the Company

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company helping brands grow their online presence through creative, strategic, and result-driven digital marketing solutions.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, organized, and passionate about social media marketing, content creation, and digital trends.

## Job Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands and clients.

• Develop and execute social media strategies according to client objectives.

Plan and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars•.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Coordinate with the Content, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams• for timely content creation and publishing.

• Keep up with the latest social media trends, features, hashtags, and platform updates.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.

• Prepare regular social media performance reports for clients.

• Monitor competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.

• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotional activities.

### Client Coordination

Coordinate directly with clients to understand their social media requirements, content preferences, campaign objectives, and feedback•.

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and the internal marketing team.

• Share content calendars, creative updates, campaign progress, and performance reports with clients.

• Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and required content/materials.

• Ensure client requirements are communicated properly to the concerned team and delivered within timelines.

• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.

## Requirements

6month–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Social Media Management•.

Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency• will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Good understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Canva or basic content/design tools will be an added advantage.
