Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing & Social Media Lead

- Deep expertise in Meta Ads with a proven track record of planning, scaling, and optimizing high-performing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media management across platforms.

- Ability to build and grow brands through content, strategy, and performance marketing.

- Good understanding of graphic design and video editing to effectively guide creative teams and ensure high-quality output.

- Experience managing and mentoring teams while driving accountability and performance.

- Passion for creating processes, improving systems, and helping scale the agency.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automations is a strong advantage.
