We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager who can help us grow our brand presence — especially on Instagram — and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns.

In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Instagram Growth & Strategy

1. Create and execute strategies to grow Instagram organically

2. Increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility

3. Plan reels, trending content, collaborations & influencer marketing

4. Build strong brand identity through creative storytelling

• Content & Social Media Management

1. Plan monthly content calendar

2. Create engaging posts, reels, captions & hooks

3. Manage Facebook, Instagram & other social platforms

4. Stay updated with latest trends & implement innovative ideas

• Paid Advertising

1. Run and optimize paid ads on Google, Facebook & Instagram

2. Generate leads & improve ROAS

3. Monitor ad performance and optimize budget efficiently

• SEO & Performance Marketing

1. Perform keyword research and improve website SEO ranking

2. Track analytics, prepare reports & suggest improvements

• Creative Strategy

1. Work closely with design & content team

2. Develop innovative digital campaigns for brand awareness & sales growth
