Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Write compelling captions, posts, and video scripts

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

• Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights

• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Strong video editing skills

• Knowledge of content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
