JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead social media activities for both client accounts and the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong content planning abilities, and hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts and the company's own social media platforms.

• Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

• Write engaging, creative, and platform-specific content for social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaigns.

• Develop innovative content ideas that increase audience engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

• Actively manage and grow the company's social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Work as a Brand Strategist by understanding each client's business goals and creating social media strategies that strengthen their online presence.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

• Review creatives and content before publishing to maintain quality and brand consistency.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices..

• Experience in content planning, content creation, and campaign execution.

• Ability to create engaging and audience-focused social media content.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights.

• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling tools.

• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

• Social media management: 2 years (Required)
