Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels)
Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Stay updated with latest social media best practices and platform updates
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in running paid ads campaigns
Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
