We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Upsist Global to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution - Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating organic and paid tactics. - Identify target audiences, set KPIs (engagement, conversions, brand awareness), and adjust strategies based on performance.

2. Content Creation & Management - Design and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency across platforms. - Create visually compelling content (graphics, videos, copy) using tools like Canva/Adobe Suite. - Maintain brand voice and adapt content to platform-specific best practices.

3. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management - Manage end-to-end campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. - Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize ROI. - Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize creatives in real-time.

4. SEO/SEM & Website Optimization - Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page/technical SEO (meta tags, site speed). - Run SEM campaigns, analyze performance, and refine strategies. - Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations.

5. Analytics & Reporting - Track metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions) using Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc. - Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and present to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
