Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media & Growth Manager to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content strategies and execute Meta Ads campaigns.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, improving brand visibility, increasing audience engagement and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Create, schedule and manage engaging social media content.

• Develop and maintain content calendars.

• Set up, run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for app installs, engagement and brand awareness.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare regular reports.

• Manage social media communities by responding to comments and messages.

• Coordinate with creators and manage brand collaborations.

• Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and audience growth.

• Support app promotion and overall brand growth through creative ideas.

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and marketing practices.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.

• Mandatory: Practical experience in Meta Ads campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.

• Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).

• Strong content writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of content strategy and social media trends.

• Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.

• Creative thinking, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
