Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms, with the ability to create and manage content that increases reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.

• Create and publish Reels, Shorts, Posts, Stories, and YouTube videos.

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Write engaging captions, titles, hashtags, and video descriptions.

• Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Upload YouTube videos with appropriate titles, thumbnails, tags, SEO, and playlists.

• Coordinate with the video/content team for regular content production.

• Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content ideas.

• Work with sales and marketing teams to promote products, offers, and events.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Management.

• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Good understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy.

• Good English and Hindi communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

• Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage.

• Understanding of YouTube SEO and thumbnail optimization.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and YouTube Studio is an advantage.

• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
  

Preferred: Interest in sports shooting, outdoor sports, or the air gun industry.
