Create, schedule and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, stories, reels, short-videos, etc.) in line with content calendar and brand guidelines.
Manage the brand’s social media accounts: monitoring comments, messages, mentions; ensuring timely and professional responses.
Work closely with the design/video team to produce visual assets (images, graphics, videos); ensure content aligns with brand identity and follows best practices.
Run social media campaigns (organic + paid) to drive reach, engagement, followers, leads and brand awareness.
Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimise strategy.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, algorithm changes and industry best practices; propose new formats, channels or ideas.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, content and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and business goals.
Maintain and manage content calendar, ensuring consistent posting, thematic campaigns (festivals, product launches, brand events) and timely delivery.
Handle any community growth, influencer tie-ups or user-generated content (UGC) initiatives if applicable.
