Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who can manage client communication, coordinate social media activities, and ensure a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal creative team.
Coordinate daily social media content approvals and publishing schedules.
Publish posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Monitor client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with clients for pending approvals, content, feedback, and deliverables.
Maintain daily communication through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Track task progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
Prepare basic weekly and monthly client update reports.
Escalate urgent issues to the reporting manager whenever required.
Maintain accurate records of client conversations and project status.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts.
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
