Job Description – Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc

- Create and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, videos and creatives

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars

- Write creative captions, copy and promotional content according to the brand

- Coordinate with the graphic designer/video editor for social media creatives and videos

- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors and industry updates

- Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility

- Respond to comments, messages and audience queries professionally

- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics

- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms and best practices
