Key Responsibilities
•Manage company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
•Create and upload posts, reels, stories, and promotional content regularly.
•Reply to customer messages and comments professionally.
•Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
•Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
•Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for promotional activities.
•Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
•Maintain daily posting schedules and content calendars.
•Prepare basic performance reports for social media activities.
