Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can handle daily postings, basic graphic design, and basic video editing. The person should understand Instagram + Facebook content, maintain a premium look, and work fast with consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1) Social Media Posting & Management

• Schedule and upload posts on Instagram + Facebook

• Handle Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels

• Maintain posting consistency as per content calendar

• Write basic captions + add hashtags

• Ensure correct formatting (sizes, quality, thumbnails, etc.)

2) Graphics & Design

• Create social media designs using Canva / Photoshop (basic)

• Design:
  

  • Static posts

  • Carousels

  • Story templates

  • Highlight covers

• Maintain brand style (colors, fonts, premium layout)

3) Basic Video Editing

• Edit short form content (Reels) using CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro basic

• Add:
  

  • Subtitles (basic)

  • Transitions (clean, not overdone)

  • Music sync

  • Simple motion graphics

• Export correctly for Instagram (1080x1920)

4) Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with team/client for approvals

• Share weekly posting updates

• Maintain folders and organized content files

Skills Required

✅ Canva (must)

✅ Basic Editing (CapCut/VN/Premiere basic)

✅ Instagram knowledge (trends, reels formats, story usage)

✅ Basic copywriting for captions

✅ Good taste in design (premium look)

✅ Fast execution + time management

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Basic Photoshop / Illustrator

• Meta Business Suite scheduling

• Knowledge of trending audio + reel hooks

• Basic analytics understanding
