Community Management: Monitor, listen, and actively respond to our community (comments, DMs, and mentions) to humanize the brand and foster brand loyalty.
Trend Tracking: Stay aggressively up-to-date on viral trends, platform features, algorithm shifts, and industry news to keep our content highly relevant.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rates. Deliver monthly performance reports with clear, data-driven insights for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, videographers, product teams, and customer service to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual aesthetic.
Paid Social Support (Optional/If applicable): Assist in planning or optimizing budget for boosted posts and paid social ad campaigns to widen audience reach.
