Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for regular posting

Create engaging captions, content ideas, and campaign concepts aligned with brand goals

Design basic creatives and support visual content creation (posts, reels, stories, banners, etc.)

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and promotions

Handle community engagement by responding to messages and comments

Requirements:

6 Months – 1 Year experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools

Good communication and creative writing skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

Basic graphic designing knowledge

Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads)

Branding and content planning experience
