Job brief

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos)

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout). Will be required to work with Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram

Experience and Skills:

• Some experience as a Social Media Manager

• Hands on experience in content management

• Basic copywriting skills

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

• Good communication skills (Enligsh, Hindi, Marathi)

• Analytical and multitasking skills

Education:

• Graduate, with a course in Digital Marketing (Commerce / Arts / Marketing / Mass Media / Communication / Journalism)

• Candidates with hands on experience will be preferred

Tools And Technology:

• Familiar with usage of latest tools and technology in content writing

• Artificial Intelligence tools awareness, Word, Powerpoint, Excel

• Basics of Image softwares like Canva, Adobe, photoshop, etc.

• Basics of Video editing softwares (Canva, Filmora Wondershare, etc.)

Thinking Skills Required:

Problem Solving, Decision Making, Job Task Planning and Organizing

Work Environment: Timing – morning 10.00 am 7.30 pm, 5 days a week, work from office role
