Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, publishing, monitoring, and growing content across all social media platforms, with a strong focus on YouTube strategy, optimization, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube & Content Optimization

● Manage, optimize, and grow the official YouTube channel.

● Work on SEO, tags, metadata, playlists, and keyword optimization.

● Create high-CTR thumbnails and compelling video titles.

● A/B test titles, thumbnails, hooks, and content format.

● Increase reach, impressions, watch time, and subscriber growth.

Content Creation & Publishing

● Plan, publish, and monitor videos + Shorts/Reels across all platforms.

● Create viral short-form content from news clips.

● Ensure fast, accurate, and platform-optimized posting for breaking news.

● Coordinate with editorial, video editing, and reporting teams for timely uploads.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

● Track and analyze platform insights & YouTube analytics.

● Prepare performance reports and audience behavior insights.

● Implement data-driven strategies to improve content result.

Social Media Management

● Handle all social media handles: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.

● Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

● Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
