Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and camera-friendly social media executive who has hands-on experience in video content creation, social media management, and social media calendar planning. The candidate should be comfortable facing the camera, creating engaging short-form and long-form videos, and managing all major social media platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

1. Roles & Responsibilities:

2. Create engaging, camera-facing video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, etc.).

3. Plan, shoot, and execute social media video content aligned with brand strategy.

4. Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

5. Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.

6. Coordinate with the design and content team for posts, captions, and creatives.

7. Monitor social media performance, engagement, and analytics.

8. Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.

9. Generate ideas for brand promotion, awareness campaigns, and lead-driven content. Respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally.

Required Skills:

1. Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills

3. Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video content Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies

4. Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)

5. Content planning and calendar management skills

6. Creative mindset with trend awareness

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field Preferred Experience:

1. 1–3 years of experience in social media management and video content creation. Experience in handling brand accounts and growing social media engagement.

2. Prior experience in service-based industries (compliance, legal, finance, GST, BIS, EPR, and consultancy services preferred).

3. Experience in scripting, hosting, and presenting informational or promotional videos.

4. Proven track record of increasing followers, engagement rate, and lead inquiries. Experience in managing paid promotions and boosting posts (preferred).
