About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team at Promotion4U. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, brand storytelling, and creating engaging social media content that drives growth and engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various brands.

• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Collaborate with the design and video team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.

• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize strategy.

• Engage with the online community — respond to comments, DMs, and manage brand reputation.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.

• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.

• Stay updated with new tools, features, and best practices in the digital space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Creative mindset with strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
