Job Summary:
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in Google Ads to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and ROI-driven strategies across both Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

• Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).

• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

• Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, and ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize performance.

• Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.

• Experience in keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring.

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategy.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
