2. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and objectives.
Social Media Management:
Post engaging and creative content across various platforms, ensuring consistent frequency and quality.
Regularly update stories and posts to enhance visibility and engagement.
Influencer Collaboration:
Manage agreements with influencers hired for campaigns, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Coordinate email communications and maintain positive relationships with influencers.
Content Creation & Editing:
Capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional content.
Oversee the editing process to ensure all content meets branding standards and is ready for distribution.
Meta Ads Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ad/Google Ad campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media and ad campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvements.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Masscom or Undergraduate/Graduate Degree, Meta Ads & Google Ads Training/Certification(Optional)
Technical Skills: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, Graphic Design (+), Video Shoot/Direction knowledge
Soft Skills: Good communication (Eng-Hindi), Team Management
