Social Media Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and responsible Female Social Media Manager (Full-Time) to manage and grow our brand presence across all major social media platforms. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of content creation and social media advertising, with a strong interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle daily activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube, Twitter

• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, shorts, and video content

• Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars

• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement

• Assist in planning, running, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and other social media advertisements

• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms

• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for content execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of major social media platforms and content formats

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Social Media Advertising

• Experience or interest in reels, shorts, and video content creation

• Creative thinking with good communication skills

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc. is an added advantage

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
