We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and enhance our online presence.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media campaigns, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest social media trends and tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft engaging, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, ,YouTube).

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the target audience.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions).

• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and managing online communities.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales) to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.

• Manage the company’s online reputation by monitoring brand mentions and responding proactively.

• Use analytics to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies as needed.

• Assist in content creation for email marketing and blog posts.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and how they can be used in different scenarios.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with web design and publishing.

• Creative mindset with a strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in paid social media advertising and campaigns.

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

• Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors.

• Basic understanding of photography and video production.
