About the Role

Midgrow is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is creative, active on social media and interested in learning how brands actually grow online.

You will work closely with the Founder and core team and get hands-on exposure to managing real client social media accounts, content planning, content creation and day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts for Midgrow and client brands

• Research content ideas, trends and competitors

• Help create monthly content calendars and posting plans

• Write captions and basic social media copy

• Coordinate with video editors and designers for content execution

• Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms

• Assist with Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media activities

• Track content performance and prepare basic reports

• Support community management, including comments and messages when required

• Assist with content shoots and UGC projects when required

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure content is delivered on time
  

Skills We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of Instagram and social media marketing

• Interest in content creation and digital marketing

• Good communication and writing skills

• Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas

• Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus

• Understanding of trends, reels and short-form content is preferred

• Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling is an advantage
  

Who Can Apply

• Students, recent graduates or early-career candidates

• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply

• Must be available for a full-time onsite internship

• Must be able to work from our Indore office, Monday to Saturday

• Must be comfortable working on real client projects

• Portfolio, personal content page or previous social media work is a plus, but not mandatory

Shortlisted candidates must attend the final interview in person at the Midgrow office.

Full-Time Opportunity

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Social Media Marketing role after the internship, based on performance, skills, consistency and business requirements.
