We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of brand building and hands-on experience managing all Social Media Platforms Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and more, ensuring consistent brand messaging, driving engagement, and delivering growth in audience and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement platform-specific strategies to build brand awareness, audience growth, and fuel engagement.
• Ads Management:
• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPM, CTR, and conversions.
• Content Calendar & Execution:
• Create and manage content calendars aligning with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals.
• Brand Building:
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across platforms.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions. Build community engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track KPIs using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and social dashboards.
• Report monthly performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborations & Influencers:
• Identify and manage influencer/partner collaborations to enhance reach and credibility.
• Trendspotting:
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor strategies.
• Print Media Marketing
• designing and executing brochures, flyers and offline branding campaigns.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Later, Canva, Creator Studio, etc.
• Experience with analytics tools: Meta Insights, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several brands/accounts simultaneously.
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with email marketing.
Nice to Have:
• Graphic designing skills (basic to intermediate).
• Prior experience working with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.
