Working Days: Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly individual who can create engaging video content, manage our social media presence, and represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, have a good understanding of social media trends, and be capable of planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging camera-facing videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content.

• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.

• Develop content calendars and execute content strategies.

• Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content formats.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

• Experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.

• Knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, and editing.

• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar software.

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or any related field.

• Relevant experience in content creation and social media management is preferred.

• Freshers with an impressive portfolio and strong on-camera presence are also encouraged to apply.
