We are looking for a Social Media & Meta Ads Manager to handle the digital presence of our retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and running targeted advertising campaigns to drive more customers to our physical shops.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging reels, photos, and posts for Instagram and Facebook

• Plan and execute content for multiple retail store brands

• Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

• Target local audiences to increase walk-in customers

• Shoot and edit short videos inside the store (products, customer experience, offers, etc.)

• Track ad performance and improve campaigns for better results

• Maintain consistent posting and engagement on all pages

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content creation

• Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / similar apps)

• Understanding of local audience targeting

• Ability to manage multiple brand pages

• Creative mindset for retail product promotion
