We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. The role focuses on strategy creation, content planning, execution, analytics, and team coordination to build strong online communities and drive brand engagement.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the complete social media ecosystem—ensuring brand consistency, creative storytelling, audience growth, and performance optimization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign timelines.
Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Oversee creation, publishing, and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong hands-on capability in camera handling, reels, and short-form video content.
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, creativity, and aesthetics.
Guide content writing, captions, hashtags, and storytelling.
Manage social media campaigns including paid promotions where applicable.
Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics tools.
Audit social media presence and evaluate ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare reports and insights for management review.
Work closely with design, content, event, and marketing teams to align social media timelines with campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and external partners when required.
Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
Build strong online relationships and manage brand reputation.
Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
