Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, creation, execution, engagement, and analytics to build brand awareness, trust, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with organizational goals and campaigns

• Write engaging captions, reels/scripts, stories, and post copies

• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for creatives

• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging

• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions professionally

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions)

• Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports

• Run and monitor paid campaigns (if applicable)

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

• Support campaigns related to CSR initiatives, events, workshops, and visits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience and Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats

• Excellent written communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights

• Creativity with a strategic mindset

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar

• Basic understanding of branding and audience psychology

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in education, ed-tech, NGO, or social sector

• Video editing or reel-making skills

• Paid ads and campaign experience

• Influencer collaboration experience

• SEO and hashtag strategy knowledge
