Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Canva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while creating visually engaging content to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Edit videos and create engaging visual content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and optimize campaigns for improved results
Design high-quality creatives, banners, and ad visuals using Canva
Develop compelling ad copies aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences
Manage social media pages and execute effective organic content strategies
Create monthly content calendars and paid advertising plans
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns
Track advertising budgets, prepare performance reports, and present insights
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixels, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and copywriting abilities
