Key Responsibilities:

• create Instagram posts & reels.

• edit reels [ trending style]

• design posts using Canva

• respond promptly to customer queries via Instagram DM & comments.

• share accurate product details such as pricing, availability, offers & delivery timelines

• build & maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
