We are looking for a storyteller who understands the deep bond between humans and animals to be the voice of our brand.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a passionate Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. You will work closely with our founder, Dr. Parul Chaudhri, to translate her vision and knowledge into engaging content across Instagram and YouTube. This is an onsite role requiring you to be the creative lens behind our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Vision: You will work directly with Dr. Parul Chaudhri to translate the brand’s vision into a cohesive digital strategy, determining the creative direction for Instagram and YouTube.

• Content Ideation & Management: You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of content, from brainstorming unique concepts to overseeing the publishing schedule, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of information.

• Platform Growth & Optimization: You will take ownership of maintaining the health of our social media channels, analyzing performance metrics to understand audience behavior and optimize future content for better reach.

• Community Engagement: You will act as the primary digital touchpoint for our audience, fostering meaningful connections and maintaining the brand’s voice in all online interactions.
  

Who You Are:

• You have atleast 2-4 years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, wellness, or pet brands.

• Video & Editing Skills: You are comfortable using tools like VN, CapCut, or Premiere Pro to create engaging Reels and YouTube videos.

• Visual Eye: You have a good aesthetic sense for photography and grid layout.
