Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

BRIEF ABOUT COMPANY

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing lighting solutions company dealing in LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights & outdoor lights.

We have three in-house lighting brands:

• Halomax – Architectural & economical Indian lighting

• Luemin – Premium Indian lighting

• Infinityz – Decorative lighting

We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, homeowners, and project clients across residential, hospitality, commercial, and other projects.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, energetic and results-oriented Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating and publishing content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on increasing followers, reach, views, likes, shares, saves and overall engagement.

This is not a role where the candidate simply has to "post content". We are looking for someone who understands how to make content perform, follows trends, experiments with new formats, studies analytics, and continuously finds ways to grow our brands online. This focus on content calendars, engagement, analytics and trend-led optimisation is consistent with current expectations for social media roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

• Manage the Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts of Halomax, Luemin and Infinityz.

• Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.

• Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels and other content formats.

• Maintain consistent branding and communication across all three brands.

Content Creation

• Develop creative and engaging ideas around:

  • Lighting products

  • Lighting effects

  • Interior lighting

  • Decorative lighting

  • Architectural projects

  • Before & after concepts

  • Educational lighting content

  • Trends and engaging social media formats

• Write attractive captions, hooks, scripts and other social media copy.

• Create content that is visually appealing and capable of generating high engagement.

Instagram Growth

• Take ownership of improving followers, reach, views and engagement.

• Research trending Reels, sounds, formats, topics and content styles.

• Experiment with different types of content to identify what performs best.

• Study competitors and successful lighting/interior brands for content ideas.

• Continuously improve the content strategy based on performance data.

AI Tools

The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools other than ChatGPT for:

• Content writing and ideation

• AI-generated images

• AI-generated videos

• Animations

• Posters and creatives

• Reel concepts and scripts

• Image/video enhancement

The candidate should actively explore new AI tools and technologies that can help us create better content faster.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track weekly and monthly performance.

• Maintain data for:

  • Followers

  • Reach

  • Views

  • Likes

  • Comments

  • Shares

  • Saves

  • Engagement rate

• Identify which content performs well and which does not.

• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on the data.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, DMs and enquiries.

• Respond professionally and promptly where required.

• Identify opportunities to turn social media engagement into genuine business enquiries.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

• Good copywriting and communication skills.

• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.

• Strong awareness of current social media trends.

• Good visual sense and understanding of branding.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

AI & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, AI image-generation tools, AI video-generation tools, animation tools and social media scheduling/analytics platforms will be preferred.

The candidate should be genuinely interested in discovering and learning new AI tools rather than relying only on traditional methods.

EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation preferred.

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of Instagram Reels, posts and campaigns will be preferred.

• Experience with interior design, architecture, lighting, furniture, home décor, real estate or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
