Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
Write compelling captions and coordinate with designers/video editors.
Monitor social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and brand growth.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
