Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of generating quality leads, increasing ROI, and driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

2. Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Lead Generation, and Remarketing campaigns.

3. Set up and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and brand awareness.

4. Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation, recruitment, and brand awareness.

5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and ad copies.

6. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.

7. Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

8. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

9. Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.

10. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

11. Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

12. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

1. 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

2. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

4. Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting strategies.

5. Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

7. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are an added advantage.

3. Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is preferred.
