Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

2. Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

3. Generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions through performance marketing.

4. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

6. Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking.

7. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

8. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

9. Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.

10. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

2. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

3. Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

4. Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance.

5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.

3. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
