Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy across all platforms. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting business goals through effective content creation and digital communication.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify target audiences and plan content to reach them effectively.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media industry trends.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Write compelling captions and ensure brand tone consistency.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams for creatives and campaigns.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers).
Analyze monthly data to recommend improvements.
Monitor campaigns and optimize for better results.
Plan and run social media ad campaigns for brand awareness, leads, and engagement.
Collaborate with influencers or partners for promotions and collaborations.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Creative thinking with strong copywriting skills.
Knowledge of design basics and ability to work with Canva/Photoshop (preferred).
Experience with social media platforms ( Instagram , Facebook , Youtube ) .

Monday To Saturday ( 10:00 to 6:00 pm)
