Job వివరణ

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our Instagram pages and YouTube channel. This role requires hands-on content creation (Reels & Videos), social media strategy, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

Plan, create, and publish Instagram Reels, posts, and stories
Create and manage YouTube videos (shorts + long-form)
Develop content ideas around ethnic wear, trends, BTS, catalog launches, and export-focused content
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
Engage with followers (DMs, comments, replies)

Video Creation

Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
Coordinate or assist with product shoots
Basic video editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar

Ads & Growth

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
Run ads for catalog promotion, inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and brand awareness
Track ad performance and optimize creatives and targeting
Work on audience growth, reach, and engagement strategies

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor insights, engagement, reach, and conversions
Share weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on data and trends
