Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media campaigns, monthly calendars, and SEO-optimized content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Team Leadership: Guide and support new hires, manage project timelines for the creative team, and conduct daily morning briefings and weekly assessments.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor platform performance, use analytics tools to gauge campaign success, and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to drive business growth.
Community & Events: Oversee daily community management (reviews, comments, and inquiries) and successfully manage live social media events.
Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, SEO practices, and emerging digital marketing software to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Core Requirements
Experience: 5–7 years of social media marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the hospitality sector.
Skills: Proven expertise in direct response marketing, integrated channel strategies, and data analytics.
