Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily execution of posts across Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Listing, App
Listings, and Social Listings across the different online platforms.
• Coordinate with growth, business, product and tech teams to build campaign cases and targeting inputs for
posts.
• Brief and coordinate with creative teams for timely delivery creatives.
• Strategy, Update and maintain posts calendar, MIS dashboards and social profiles trackers
• Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts across social channels.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot delays and drive seamless operations
• Maintain archive and folder hygiene for posts assets, creatives and copy decks
• Be the digital s o c i a l campaign coordinator across self-serve and assisted journeys
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing strategy, operations, execution and post
management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and post tracking social listening tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, content calendars and digital campaign workflows.
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Eye for detail, deadline-orientation, and process discipline Experience with Meta Suite Manager, YouTube
Channel Dashboard or social listening tools platforms.
• ORM & PR handling experience is a plus.
