We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Client Servicing Manager who will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client accounts, particularly Google Business Profiles (GBP).
This role primarily focuses on client servicing, relationship management, and smooth execution of services after a client is onboarded by the sales team.
The person will also assist the company by identifying opportunities and setting up new meetings with potential clients, helping the business grow while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management
• Manage and maintain all client accounts onboarded by the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Ensure clients feel connected and supported by EverNext Media.
2. Google Business Profile Management
• Upload and manage posts, updates, photos, and relevant content on clients’
Google Business Profiles.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary content and updates.
• Ensure profiles remain active, optimized, and regularly updated.
3. Client Coordination
• Follow up with clients for required information, content, and approvals.
• Address basic queries related to Google Business Profiles and online visibility.
4. Relationship Building & Client Retention
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and smooth renewals.
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience.
5. Internal Coordination
• Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain proper records and tracking of all active client accounts.
6. Meeting Setup & Opportunity Support
• Identify potential opportunities through existing client networks or available data.
• Reach out to prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
• Maintain and organize lead data to support business growth.
Skills & Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
• Basic understanding of Google Business Profile, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Organized, responsible, and proactive personality.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
